Recommended Processing & Usage
Padding Application
Concentration: 20 - 50 g/L
Pickup Rate: 65% - 75%
Drying/Curing: 110 deg C drying followed by 150 deg C - 170 deg C curing for 45 - 60 seconds.
Exhaust Application
Concentration: 2.0% - 5.0% o.w.f. (on weight of fabric)
Bath Temperature: 40 deg C - 50 deg C
Duration: 20 - 30 minutes at pH 5.5 - 6.0.
Dilution Protocol: Pre-dilute with soft water (hardness < 50 ppm) at ambient temperature under gentle agitation prior to bath introduction.
