Ordinary Printing Soaping Agents on the market generally suffer from four major industry shortcomings including incomplete loose color removal, severe white background staining, high water consumption during washing and poor soaping effect under low temperature. Based on repeated optimization of chelating cleaning formulas supported by our in-house emulsification production lines and R&D laboratory, we strengthen the capacity of capturing and dispersing loose color to reduce customers' water washing production costs.

 

Mass workshop actual test data shows that this product can rapidly strip unfixed loose color on fabric surfaces after printing, raising the white background staining grade by 1-2 grades and significantly improving washing resistance. Efficient cleaning can be realized at a low temperature of 80℃ to save steam energy consumption. Dyes in washing wastewater have good dispersibility to avoid secondary re-staining of fabrics. It remains homogeneous without delamination or turbidity when hermetically stored at room temperature for 12 months, compatible with all post-printing finishing equipment including flat washing machines and rope washing machines. As a staple product for post-printing treatment, Printing Soaping Agent is supplied to major printing industrial parks across China all year round, with bulk exports to textile countries including Vietnam, Bangladesh and India, and printing factories at home and abroad conduct continuous repeat orders.

Most general Printing Soaping Agents available only fit reactive dye printed fabrics, while this soaping agent is compatible with multiple categories of printing dyes including reactive, pigment, reducing and acid dyes, applicable to all categories of fabrics such as cotton, viscose, polyester and modal, usable in washing procedures of thin fashion fabrics and thick home textile fabrics. Our in-house professional chemical R&D team can adjust chelating cleaning components according to customers' washing temperature, fabric weight and dye color depth, fully undertaking OEM/ODM private label customization. The minimum order quantity is 1000kg, free samples can be delivered (logistics fees borne by purchasers), and the development cycle for customized formulas is stably 15-30 days.

Technical engineers adjust the chelating and dispersing capacity of the product combined with washing machine working conditions, dye color systems and local water hardness of customers, and issue complete water washing process proportion plans one-on-one. Exclusive English brand logos of customers can be printed on outer packages, specifications of 25kg standard barrels and 1000kg ton barrels can be customized as required, and we can also assist in purchasing customized export packaging boxes.

Free small samples are provided in the testing stage, with only international logistics fees charged. Tiered price discounts can be negotiated for annual bulk framework orders. Trade terms support EXW and FOB. Standard products require 30% advance payment before delivery upon full settlement of balance; customized modified products require 50% advance payment to commence production, matching the settlement habits of overseas purchasers.

The factory is located in Tudian Industrial Park, Tongxiang, Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, with a standardized production site of 10,000 square meters, equipped with 9 sets of silicone synthesis equipment and 6 sets of emulsification, stirring and dispersion production lines, achieving a stable monthly comprehensive production capacity of 1000 tons. Raw materials are stocked in large quantities all year round. The delivery cycle of standard Printing Soaping Agent is only 3-5 days, while low-temperature modified customized products take 3-7 days. All repeat orders are prioritized for production scheduling, and real-time photos and videos of the workshop can be taken and sent to overseas purchasers during production.

All exported Printing Soaping Agent is filled and hermetically sealed in thickened corrosion-resistant chemical plastic barrels with double-layer leak-proof sealing rings installed on barrels, covered with thickened reinforced corrugated cartons for outer protection, able to withstand long-distance bumping during ocean transportation to effectively eliminate leakage and damage. Packaging specifications can be flexibly adjusted, including 25kg standard small-mouth barrels and 1-ton IBC bulk containers, and exclusive brand outer packaging materials provided by customers can also be matched.

Two international trade delivery modes of FOB and EXW are optional for cooperation. The sealing integrity of each barrel is inspected one by one before goods are handed over to freight forwarders. If leakage and damage occur during transportation, freight forwarders shall bear compensation liability, and we will reship corresponding goods free of charge simultaneously.
