Workshop actual test data shows that after printing with this product, the dry rubbing fastness of fabrics is improved by 1-1.5 grades, the washing resistance reaches over 45 times, and no roller or fabric stickiness occurs after setting at 150℃. Finished printed fabrics are soft and fluffy without hardening and board formation. It remains homogeneous without delamination or emulsion breaking when hermetically stored at room temperature for 12 months, compatible with fully automatic production lines of rotary screen and flat screen pigment printing. The annual shipment volume of Printing Binder exceeds 230 tons, covering major printing industrial belts in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong and Guangdong in China, with long-term supply to Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian overseas markets, and many overseas agents conduct fixed quarterly bulk stock replenishment.

Most manufacturers' Printing Binders only fit thin pure cotton fashion fabrics, while this printing binder is compatible with various substrates including cotton, viscose, polyester, nylon and non-woven fabrics, applicable to full-category pigment printing of thin fashion fabrics, thick home textiles and industrial decorative fabrics. The workshop has a fixed production team of 16-20 people, paired with a full-time R&D engineer team, which can adjust emulsion elasticity and adhesion according to customers' setting temperature, printing paste proportion and fabric thickness, supporting OEM private label customization. Standard Printing Binder orders implement 30% advance payment to arrange production, with delivery after full settlement of balance; customized modified emulsions and exclusive private label packaging orders require 50% advance payment to commence formula debugging and production, and the remaining balance shall be settled before delivery.
