Ordinary Printing Paste Base on the market generally suffers from shortcomings including long paste mixing time, mold growth after opening storage, heavy desizing residue after washing and serious bleeding during thick plate printing. Supported by 6 sets of special emulsification and dispersion production lines in our factory and long-term formula iteration in the R&D laboratory, we have developed a composite high-stability printing paste base to comprehensively optimize production and use experience.

Mass actual application data shows that paste mixing can be completed by stirring at room temperature for only 10 minutes without long standing waiting. Special mold-proof components are added into the formula to prevent mold growth and peculiar odor after opening for 45 days. The cold water desizing rate after printing reaches as high as 99.2%, leaving no white spots and avoiding fabric hardening. The edges of large-area patterns with thick plates are sharp without blurring and bleeding. The annual shipment volume of Printing Paste Base exceeds 220 tons, covering large printing industrial clusters in Jiangsu, Shandong and Guangdong in China, with bulk exports to overseas markets including Vietnam, Pakistan and France, and many overseas agents conduct fixed quarterly replenishment.

Most Printing Paste Base available only fit single reactive dye printing processes, while this printing paste base is compatible with multiple categories of dyes including reactive, pigment, reducing and acid dyes, applicable to various textile fabrics such as cotton, viscose, polyester and ice silk, meeting printing demands of thin fashion fabrics and thick home textile fabrics. The factory is equipped with a complete production and R&D team, which can adjust the rheological properties of the paste base according to customers' pattern size, printing vehicle speed and post-finishing processes, undertaking OEM private label customization. The minimum order quantity is 1000kg. Free samples are delivered, with international logistics fees borne by purchasers, and the debugging cycle for customized formulas is 15 to 30 days.

We are a source self-production factory without intermediate distribution links. Full independent processing is completed in the 10,000 square meters factory, and every batch of Printing Paste Base undergoes triple inspection of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, allowing third-party testing institutions to conduct on-site verification. The factory is located in Tudian Industrial Park, Tongxiang, Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, with a standardized production workshop of 10,000 square meters, equipped with 9 sets of silicone synthesis equipment and 6 sets of special emulsification, stirring and dispersion production lines, achieving a stable monthly comprehensive production capacity of 1000 tons to accept large overseas orders of Printing Paste Base. The workshop has a fixed production staff of 16 to 20 people, with flexible supplementary manpower available during peak order seasons. All types of raw materials are stocked in large quantities all year round. The production cycle of standard printing paste base is 3 to 5 days, while modified customized products take 3 to 7 days. All repeat customer orders are prioritized for production scheduling to greatly shorten delivery waiting time.

 

An independent R&D laboratory and fabric application testing laboratory are matched on the factory premises, staffed by many senior chemical engineers dedicated to formula debugging and fabric sampling testing. We have focused on the printing and dyeing auxiliary track for ten years, with all products independently developed and produced, eliminating markup by middlemen to provide lower purchasing costs and uninterrupted stable supply guarantee for agents at home and abroad.

A standardized full-process quality inspection flow has been built for Printing Paste Base, and all production operations comply with domestic environmental production specifications to strictly control the quality of every batch of finished products. During raw material warehousing, complete supplier qualification documents are reviewed, incoming materials are sampled and tested, and raw materials with unqualified indicators are directly returned. Standardized SOP operation manuals are strictly followed during production, with regular inspections of emulsification, compounding and filling processes. Mass production can only be launched after the first sample test passes. Before finished products are delivered, four core indicators including appearance, pH value, rheological property and desizing effect are fully tested, and unqualified products are separately isolated for rework to prevent inflow to the market.

Third-party testing institutions are supported to conduct on-site inspection. All goods come with a quality guarantee period of 6 months to 1 year. If production losses are caused by inherent product quality problems, brand-new goods will be delivered free of charge with full-process technical debugging guidance simultaneously.

A full-time technical after-sales team has been established to provide full-cycle technical support before, during and after order placement for customers purchasing Printing Paste Base. In the pre-sales stage, exclusive paste mixing process plans are customized according to customers' main fabrics, dye categories and printing equipment, with free samples provided for sampling testing. The full progress of order production, packaging and delivery is synchronized in real time, workshop photos and videos can be provided on demand, and order status can be inquired at any time. When customers encounter bleeding, mold growth, poor desizing effect and other problems during paste mixing and printing, technical staff quickly adjust formulas remotely online, and issue special improvement plans in emergency working conditions.

If packaging damage and leakage occur to exported goods during ocean transportation, freight forwarders shall bear compensation liability, and we will reship corresponding goods free of charge simultaneously. Tiered discounts can be negotiated for bulk purchase orders. Trade cooperation supports EXW and FOB delivery terms. Standard orders require 30% advance payment before delivery upon full settlement of balance; customized orders require 50% advance payment to commence production, matching the settlement habits of overseas purchasers.
