With over ten years of experience in the R&D and production of textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries, we independently develop and produce Crosslinking Agent, an indispensable core auxiliary for printing color fixing and fabric wrinkle-resistant post-finishing processes. Ordinary Crosslinking Agents on the market generally suffer from industry pain points including insufficient crosslinking fastness, fabric yellowing, excessive free formaldehyde and low washing resistance. Supported by our in-house emulsification and synthesis production lines and repeated formula optimization through sampling tests in the R&D laboratory, we improve crosslinking reaction efficiency from the molecular structure level to avoid various processing defects.

 

Long-term fabric sampling test data shows that when cotton and chemical fiber printed fabrics are treated with this product, the dry and wet rubbing fastness can be improved by 1-2 grades, the washing resistance reaches over 50 times, and fabric yellowing will not occur after long-term storage at room temperature. The low-formaldehyde formula complies with environmental access standards for textiles in many overseas countries, compatible with mass production of flat screen and rotary screen printing machines and continuous finishing setting machines. As a core category of functional auxiliaries in our factory, Crosslinking Agent is supplied to major printing and dyeing industrial parks across China all year round, with bulk exports to Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern textile markets, and the annual shipment volume is stably 160 tons, serving as a staple raw material with long-term repeat orders from foreign trade printing factories.

Most general Crosslinking Agents available only fit single pigment printed fabrics, while this crosslinking agent is compatible with fabrics printed with reactive, pigment and reducing dyes, and can also be used for wrinkle-resistant and waterproof functional post-finishing of cotton, viscose and polyester blended fabrics, covering two major processing procedures: printing and post-finishing. Our in-house professional chemical R&D team can adjust crosslinking activity formulas according to customers' fabric weight, printing dye type and setting temperature, fully undertaking OEM/ODM private label customization. The minimum order quantity is 1000kg, free samples can be delivered (logistics fees borne by purchasers), and the development cycle for customized formulas is controlled within 15-30 days.

 

We are a source factory with a 10,000 square meters self-owned workshop without markup by middlemen, achieving full independent control of raw material blending, compounding and filling. Every batch of Crosslinking Agent undergoes 100% full physical, chemical and application testing before delivery, supporting third-party institutions to conduct on-site sampling inspection. Crosslinking Agent supports four types of customization services: crosslinking strength adjustment, low-formaldehyde formula modification, private label OEM and exclusive export packaging. Technical engineers adjust active components of the product combined with local textile environmental protection regulations, setting equipment temperature and main fabric materials of customers, and issue complete setting process plans one-on-one. Exclusive English brand logos of customers can be printed on outer packages, specifications of 25kg standard barrels and 1000kg ton barrels can be customized as required, and we can also assist customers in purchasing customized export packaging boxes.

Free small samples are provided in the testing stage, with only international logistics fees charged. Tiered price discounts can be negotiated for bulk purchase orders. Trade terms support EXW and FOB. Standard products implement 30% advance payment before delivery upon full settlement of balance; customized modified products require 50% advance payment to commence production, matching the settlement habits of overseas purchasers.

A three-level closed-loop quality inspection system covering raw material warehousing, production process and finished product delivery has been built, and all production processes strictly follow domestic environmental production specifications. All core raw material suppliers are required to submit complete qualification documents, each batch of incoming materials is sampled and tested, and materials with unqualified indicators are directly returned. Standardized SOP operation manuals are strictly followed during production, with regular inspections of compounding and emulsification processes. Mass production can only be launched after the first sample test passes. For finished products, the active substance content, pH value, crosslinking fastness and formaldehyde content of Crosslinking Agent are tested item by item, and unqualified products are isolated for rework to prevent inflow to the market.

Third-party testing institutions are supported to conduct on-site inspection. All goods come with a unified quality guarantee period of 6 months to 1 year. If fabric fastness failure and yellowing losses are caused by inherent product quality defects, we will deliver brand-new goods free of charge, and provide full-process online technical debugging guidance simultaneously.

All exported Crosslinking Agent is filled and hermetically sealed in thickened corrosion-resistant chemical plastic barrels with leak-proof sealing rings installed on barrels, covered with thickened reinforced corrugated cartons for outer protection, able to withstand long-distance bumping during ocean transportation to effectively eliminate leakage and damage. Packaging specifications can be flexibly adjusted, including 25kg standard small-mouth barrels and 1-ton IBC bulk containers, and exclusive brand outer packaging materials provided by customers can also be matched.

Two mainstream international trade delivery modes of FOB and EXW are available for cooperation. The sealing integrity of each barrel is inspected one by one before goods are handed over to freight forwarders. If leakage and damage occur during transportation, freight forwarders shall bear compensation liability, and we will reship corresponding goods free of charge simultaneously. Raw materials are sufficiently stocked in the factory all year round, the production cycle of standard crosslinking agent is only 3-5 days, while customized modified products take 3-7 days. All repeat customer orders are prioritized for production scheduling to shorten delivery waiting cycles for overseas customers.
