Anti-migrating Agent

With over ten years of experience in the textile printing and dyeing auxiliary industry, we independently develop and produce Anti-migrating Agent, a core auxiliary to solve dye migration and fabric color difference in fabric pad dyeing and continuous dyeing processes. Ordinary Anti-migrating Agents on the market generally suffer from problems including poor anti-migration effect under high temperature, impaired fabric hand feel, reduced color fastness and easy gelation and caking during storage. Supported by factory emulsification and synthesis production lines and exclusive R&D laboratory, we continuously optimize molecular anti-migration structures to fundamentally improve dyeing uniformity.

Mass fabric sampling tests prove that after adding this product in pad dyeing procedures, the color difference grade between front and back sides is reduced within 0.5 grade, and no dye migration occurs during high-temperature pre-drying at 120℃. Fabrics treated remain soft without hardening, and dry and wet rubbing fastness will not be negatively affected. It maintains stable fluidity without gelation and caking when hermetically stored at room temperature for 12 months, compatible with continuous pad dyeing machines, jigger dyeing machines and integrated pad-dry-steam production lines. As a core matching auxiliary for dyeing, Anti-migrating Agent is supplied to major printing and dyeing industrial clusters across China all year round, with bulk exports to Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern textile markets, and the annual shipment volume is stably 150 tons, serving as a staple product with long-term repeat orders from overseas printing and dyeing purchasers.

Most general Anti-migrating Agents available only fit pad dyeing of reactive dyes on pure cotton fabrics, while this anti-migrating agent is compatible with reactive, disperse and reducing dyes, applicable to various fabrics such as cotton, viscose, polyester-cotton blends and modal, usable in multiple procedures including pad dyeing, pad fixing and printing base padding. Our in-house professional R&D team can adjust the content of anti-migration components according to customers' drying temperature, pad liquor pick-up rate and dye system, undertaking OEM and ODM private label customization. The minimum order quantity is 1000kg, free samples can be delivered with logistics fees borne by purchasers, and the development cycle for customized formulas is 15-30 days.

We are a source factory with a 10,000 square meters self-owned workshop without markup by middlemen, achieving full independent control of raw material blending, compounding and filling. Every batch of Anti-migrating Agent undergoes 100% physical, chemical and dyeing sampling testing before delivery, supporting third-party institutions to conduct on-site sampling inspection. Anti-migrating Agent supports four types of customization services: anti-migration strength adjustment, high-temperature formula modification, private label OEM and exclusive export packaging. Technical engineers adjust the molecular structure of the product combined with drying equipment temperature, pad liquor pick-up rate and local water hardness of customers, and issue complete pad dyeing process proportion plans one-on-one. Exclusive English brand logos of customers can be printed on outer packages, specifications of 25kg standard barrels and 1000kg IBC ton barrels can be customized as required, and we can also assist in purchasing customized export packaging boxes.

 

Free small samples are provided in the testing stage, with only international logistics fees charged. Tiered price discounts can be negotiated for annual bulk framework orders. Trade terms support EXW and FOB. Standard products require 30% advance payment before delivery upon full settlement of balance; customized modified products require 50% advance payment to commence production, matching the settlement habits of overseas purchasers.

A three-level closed-loop quality inspection system covering raw material warehousing, production process and finished product delivery has been built, and all production operations comply with domestic environmental control specifications. All raw material suppliers are required to submit complete qualification documents, each batch of incoming materials is sampled and tested, and materials with unqualified indicators are directly returned. Standardized SOP operation manuals are strictly followed during production, with regular inspections of compounding and emulsification processes. Mass production can only be launched after the first sample dyeing test passes. For finished products, the pH value, effective components and high-temperature anti-migration effect of Anti-migrating Agent are tested item by item, and unqualified products are isolated for rework to prevent inflow to the market.

Third-party testing institutions are supported to conduct on-site inspection. All goods come with a unified quality guarantee period of 6 months to 1 year. If fabric color difference and color spot losses are caused by inherent product quality defects, we will deliver brand-new goods free of charge, and provide full-process online technical debugging guidance simultaneously.

All exported Anti-migrating Agent is filled and hermetically sealed in thickened corrosion-resistant chemical plastic barrels with double-layer leak-proof sealing rings on barrels, covered with thickened corrugated cartons for outer reinforcement protection, able to withstand long-distance bumping during ocean transportation to effectively avoid leakage and damage. Packaging specifications can be flexibly adjusted, including 25kg small-mouth standard barrels and 1-ton bulk containers, and exclusive brand outer packaging materials provided by customers can also be matched.

Two foreign trade delivery modes of FOB and EXW are optional for cooperation. The sealing integrity of each barrel is inspected one by one before goods are handed over to freight forwarders. If leakage and damage occur during transportation, freight forwarders shall bear compensation liability, and we will reship corresponding goods free of charge simultaneously. Raw materials are sufficiently stocked in the factory all year round, the production cycle of standard anti-migrating agent is 3-5 days, while high-temperature customized products take 3-7 days. All repeat orders are prioritized for production scheduling to shorten delivery waiting cycles for overseas customers.
