Based on special emulsification and dispersion production lines in our factory and long-term formula iteration in the R&D laboratory, we have developed a high-temperature resistant long-acting composite defoamer to comprehensively solve foam problems in printing and dyeing production.

Mass workshop actual test data shows that this product rapidly breaks foam after addition, with foam inhibition duration reaching over 8 hours, and no foam reversion occurs under high-temperature dyeing working conditions of 130℃. It will not form oil spots on fabric surfaces and will not interfere with dye coloring shade. It remains homogeneous without delamination or failure when hermetically stored at room temperature for 12 months, compatible with all equipment including jet dyeing machines, flat screen printing machines and oxygen bleaching pre-treatment production lines. The annual shipment volume of Defoamer exceeds 210 tons, covering large printing and dyeing industrial clusters in Jiangsu, Shandong and Guangdong in China, with bulk exports to overseas markets including Vietnam, India and France, and many overseas agents conduct fixed quarterly bulk replenishment.

Most Defoamers available only fit room-temperature printing procedures, while this defoamer is compatible with full processes including high-temperature dyeing, oxygen bleaching pre-treatment and pigment printing, applicable to various textile fabrics such as cotton, viscose, polyester and ice silk, meeting production demands of thin fashion fabrics and thick home textile fabrics. The factory is equipped with a complete R&D and production team, which can adjust defoaming and foam inhibition performance according to customers' production temperature, dye bath system and foam generation intensity, undertaking OEM private label customization. The minimum order quantity is 1000kg, free samples are delivered, with international logistics fees borne by purchasers, and the debugging cycle for customized formulas is 15-30 days.

We are a source self-production factory without intermediate distribution links. Full independent processing from raw material blending, emulsification to filling is completed in the 10,000 square meters factory, and every batch of Defoamer undergoes triple inspection of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, allowing third-party testing institutions to conduct on-site verification. Only international logistics fees are charged for sample testing, and customized formulas can be mass-produced within 15 to 30 days. Tiered price discounts are set for large annual purchase orders. The factory is located in Tudian Industrial Park, Tongxiang, Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, with a standardized production workshop of 10,000 square meters, equipped with 9 sets of silicone synthesis equipment and 6 sets of special emulsification, stirring and dispersion production lines, achieving a stable monthly comprehensive production capacity of 1000 tons to accept large overseas orders of Defoamer. The workshop has fixed production staff of 16 to 20 people, with flexible supplementary manpower available during peak order seasons. All types of surfactant raw materials are stocked in large quantities all year round. The production cycle of standard defoamer is 3 to 5 days, while high-temperature resistant modified customized products take 3 to 7 days. All repeat customer orders are prioritized for production scheduling to greatly shorten delivery waiting time.

 

An independent R&D laboratory and fabric application testing laboratory are matched on the factory premises, staffed by many senior chemical engineers dedicated to formula debugging and fabric sampling testing. A full-time technical after-sales team has been established to provide full-cycle technical support before, during and after order placement for customers purchasing Defoamer. In the pre-sales stage, exclusive additive proportion plans are customized according to customers' main fabrics, production equipment and process temperature, with free samples provided for sampling comparison testing. The full progress of order production, packaging and delivery is synchronized in real time, workshop photos and videos can be provided on demand, and order status can be inquired at any time. When customers encounter repeated foam, fabric oil spots and shade deviation during production, technical staff quickly adjust adding dosages remotely online, and issue special improvement plans in emergency working conditions.

If packaging damage and leakage occur to exported goods during ocean transportation, freight forwarders shall bear compensation liability, and we will reship corresponding goods free of charge simultaneously. Tiered discounts can be negotiated for bulk purchase orders. Trade cooperation supports EXW and FOB delivery terms. Standard orders require 30% advance payment before delivery upon full settlement of balance; customized modified orders require 50% advance payment to commence production, matching the settlement habits of overseas purchasers.
